In the event you are unable to connect to the Internet, follow these steps :

  • Ensure the telephone line coming out the wall socket is securely fitted
  • Ensure that same line coming into the ADSL Modem is securely fitted
  • Ensure the network cable between the computer network card and the ADSL Modem port is securely fitted
  • Ensure ADSL Modem is switched on
  • The DSL and Internet light should display green
